We provided the Mechanical engineering and Plumbing design of a new 300 person gymnasium building, a remodeled cafeteria and the the addition and remodel of classrooms throughout the building. The new gymnasium building required a new, stand-alone HVAC and plumbing system as well as a heating system using hydronic coils and boilers.
We provided the Mechanical Engineering services for this 40,000 square foot upgrade of an elementary school facility. The school had a mixture of steam and hydronic heating systems. They required a completely new boiler plant, distribution piping and classroom heating ventilation units.
We provided the Mechanical engineering and Plumbing design for the addition of a 300 person spectator competitive court gymnasium attached to the existing high school. Our design required us to interface the new Mechanical system with the the schools existing hydronic heating and control systems.
The scope of this project was to provide the Mechanical engineering design of new support buildings for the 5,000 person sports stadium complex located near the intersection of 6th and Kipling. The new faciliteis included new restrooms, a media tower, ticket booths, and a concession building.
This project involved a Mechanical upgrade for the 50,000 square foot educational facility. The school was converted from an “open classroom” environment to a conventional “closed classroom” school. The mechanical system was completely renovated to provide individual classroom temperature control and the code required ventilated air.
