We have provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design for over 40 dialysis centers in over 15 states. We have designed both new and remodeled centers that range in size from 5,000 to 12,000 square feet. Each center is set up to perform on-site patient kidney dialysis for a selected geographical area.
We provided mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services for the design of a Medical Office Building in Colorado Springs, CO. The facility is a single building pad structure totaling approximately 13,700 SF with a single tenant occupying 11,500 SF with 2,200 SF remaining for future use and/or additional tenants.
We provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design for this full service veterinary hospital. The facility is 21,000 square feet and required a rooftop HVAC system zoned for odor control. The surgeons and doctors in this facility have been featured on both local and national television programs including Animal Planet.
We provided the designs for the Mechanical upgrade and electrical engineering design support for this unique 110,000 square foot assisted living facility. The facility was originally constructed in the 1960’s and relied heavily on steam and hydronic heating with minimal cooling in parts of the building. The upgrade included a new boiler plant, a new chiller plant, new secondary distribution, and a DDC control system.
Our scope included the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design, master planning and tenant finish for this sprawling complex of medical office buildings. There is a three-story 30,000 square foot building and two three-story 50,000 square foot buildings. Centralized VAV air conditioning systems were utilized for each facility and each tenant is sub-metered for electrical use.
