We provided the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical design for this new three-story hotel with 133 rooms in Breckenridge, CO. Our design included all guest unit plans, along with the building core and amenity areas.
Amenities of this facility include a lobby, commercial kitchen, breakfast area, fitness, retail and meeting spaces. Parking is provided via a 10,500 SF enclosed garage which required mechanical ventilation and heating. The main entrance, amenity deck and pool area were provided with a snow melt system, lighting and power systems. Building heating and cooling systems were provided by central heating hot water VTAC’s, fan coils and indoor air handling units.
This project was enrolled in and designed to the Green Globes energy programs requirements.
