We are provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design of a Comfort Suites hotel in Rifle, CO. Our design of this 3-story, 84-guest unit prototype facility included standard hotel HVAC and Electrical systems, however, we identified and specified items within the design that could easily be changed to be more efficient or LEED oriented. We anticipated that this project would achieve at least LEED Silver Certification.
