We assisted in the construction administration phases of this four-story loft project along the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver, CO.
Our mechanical scope included evaluating the chiller and boiler plants for the system of buildings that included two loft buildings and two stories of retail/office space that were located under the lofts.
