Golden Spike is a senior low-income, high-rise, facility in Denver, CO subsidized by the federal government’s HUD (Housing and Urban Development). The 200-unit building encompasses two common areas totaling 7,600 SF.Given provided the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical engineering services for this remodel to meet with HUD requirements for ADA compatible units. Our design also included upgraded elevators and emergency generators.
