This project entailed the complete renovation of a single-story office space in Englewood, CO. Given provided the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical engineering services for the remodel area totaling 72,000 SF. Our work included the design of all new equipment, services, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems. The existing ductwork and VAV boxes were evaluated for re-use, and for a substantial portion of the project, were able to be employed. This space includes a 1,350 person sanctuary, Sunday school and adult learning classrooms, a coffee bar, and more.
