Our scope included the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design, master planning and tenant finish for this sprawling complex of medical office buildings in Lone Tree, CO.
There is a three-story 30,000 SF building and two three-story 50,000 SF buildings. Centralized VAV air conditioning systems were utilized for each facility and each tenant is sub-metered for electrical use.
