This mixed-use multifamily project is nestled into the historic downtown of Castle Rock, CO. The project was comprised of a six-story and five-story building straddling the East Plum Creek, and connected via a steel structured bridge.
Our scope of services included Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design using a central aquatherm system for the residences and a Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) system for the common/commercial spaces. A central Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) was incorporated to provide ventilation to the common/commercial spaces.
This project incorporated provisions for commercial kitchens, office space, and fitness facilities.
