We provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering consulting services for the design of this loft project in Fort Collins, CO. The project consisted of a three-story, 28,000 SF loft complex with 23 residential units and 10,200 SF of retail space.
A unique aspect of this project was that all the domestic hot water for this facility is generated through solar energy. This project was designed for LEED Certification.
