Given provided the Tenant Improvement design for the second Transform Fitness location in Denver’s Ballpark District. Our design involved the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical design for the tenant space, which included a specialized design for a hot yoga room.
The 3,000 SF space was to include a Pilates studio, a climbing machine, a boxing studio, a juice bar, a reception area, and bathrooms with a shower. The building systems were carefully considered to create the appropriate atmosphere for a high energy, Lagree studio directly adjacent to a serene Yoga studio. Sophisticated heating and humidification controls along with radiant heating panels were provided to achieve specific temperature and humidity requirements.
