MECHANICAL | ELECTRICAL | PLUMBING
This project consisted of an 18,700 SF building with a two-story addition being constructed atop an existing two-story, historic building at the corner of 21st & Larimer in Denver. The first two floors were designated for restaurant tenants, and the upper two for office tenants.
We provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the mixed-use shell, including HVAC roof units with main ducts to tenant aeras, and electrical panels and plumbing stub-outs to the individual tenant areas.
