Given provided the design for this mixed-use, 8,800 SF facility at 42nd and Tennyson in the West Highlands area of Denver. The building originally housed a drivetrain repair shop. The space was completely refurbished, to include three restaurant spaces on the lower level, and an office space on the 2nd level. The building now houses South Broadway Country Club and Emporium Brewing Company.
Our design included the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the “black box” shell: electric, gas and water services to the building, setting HVAC units on the roof; electric panels in tenant spaces; sewer/water stub-outs; and grease interceptors for the restaurant spaces. The existing roof was reinforced to allow for the addition of the second floor.
