Cadence Living’s Acoya Cherry Creek in Denver, CO is an upscale facility that encompasses 183,000 SF of space, on eight floors, for an Independent Living Facility with a total of 137 beds. Given and Associates provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering services for all facets of this facility,including commercial kitchens, dining spaces, a theater, spa, fitness room, greenhouse, and the enclosed parking garage. VRV systems were used for living units, and a rooftop VAV system was used for the amenity spaces.
