This project involved the renovation and remodel of the existing Littleton Plaza retail facility into a county court and offices facility.
The Mechanical design elements for this 97,500 SF complex included adding a new low-temperature variable air volume centralized HVAC system throughout the complex. We also provided MEP services for the tenant remodel and alterations for the temporary Littleton Court facility.
