An approximately 270 unit multi-family housing development located in Olde Town Arvada, CO. The project consisted of a three-story 70-unit loft building with underground parking, six-plex farmhouse town-home buildings, and a variety of rowhouse townhome buildings. Our scope included Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design as well as the site electrical design.
