Given provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the rehabilitation of this affordable, multi-family development from Metro West Housing Solutions. Belmar Groves is a series of ten two-story buildings totaling 118 flat-style units. Belmar Groves is conveniently located one block from Lakewood’s popular Belmar Shopping Center and offers majestic views of the city and mountains.
Upgrades included the 3,600 SF amenity spaces, and conversion of the residential HVAC units to higher-efficiency systems. The upgraded systems are expected to be replacements of the current gas furnace/DX cooled systems. This project is designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities standards.
