Casa Del Sol was an affordable, multi-family renovation project in Pueblo, CO. The facility contained seven 2-3 story buildings with a total of 154 units each. We provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering services for this rehabilitation, bringing each of the three residential unit types up to ADA standards.Our designs included replacement of plumbing, lighting and electrical panels, and upgrades to higher-efficiency HVAC systems. The project also included the renovation of the facilities office.
