We provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design of this multi-family project in Telluride, CO. The project is a five (5) building, multi-story flat and townhome development with mechanically ventilated parking below one of five buildings. Our design scope included 23 total units with 19 unique unit designs, 4,800 SF site snowmelt systems, and 7,500 SF of building amenity and common areas.
