Given is providing the Tenant Improvement design for multiple Choice Markets in the Denver metro area. Some locations are stand-alone building renovations (as shown above on Colfax), while others are first-floor tenant spaces located within existing mixed-use buildings. Choice Markets are uniquely styled convenience stores that combine quick service and user-friendly technology with quality food from local vendors.
We provide the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the Broadway, Colfax, Bannock and Rino locations, ranging in size from 2,800 SF to 4,000 SF. These market spaces have the addition of full commercial kitchens and new restrooms. Some will also have outdoor dining patios and/or fueling stations, including level III high speed EV charging.
