Upscale athletic club located on 16th Street Mall in the Historic Tabor Center. 45,000 SF located on the second level with an 8,000 SF indoor pool constructed on the roof. We provided full Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design services.
Existing MEP systems were repurposed for the new tenant requiring extensive coordination with base building systems and engineers. Amenities included a yoga studio to function as a cool, warm/humid, and hot/humid space. The hot/humid criteria demanded 105F @ 50% RH. Lighting design and indoor photometrics were included.
