We provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design of this approximately 35,000 SF high-end club in Boulder, CO.
Existing MEP systems were repurposed for the new tenant. Amenities included an indoor saline pool, outdoor pool, fitness rooms, cycling studio, lunch and drink service cafe, and yoga studio. The yoga studio demanded design consideration to function as a cool, warm/humid, and hot/humid space. The hot/humid criteria demanded 105F @ 50% RH. Lighting design and indoor photometrics were included.
