We performed the complete Mechanical and Electrical design for this two-story 30,400 SF commercial office center in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
It was one of the first multi-tenant office buildings located in Highlands Ranch. The facility included a Direct Digital Control (DDC) temperature control and energy management system.
