Daughter Thai Kitchen in Denver, CO is a 3,369 SF restaurant space located in an existing 4-story building along the Platte River in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood. We provided the tenant improvement design for an existing shell space including full commercial kitchen, dining area and restrooms.
Our design included HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical designs for the tenant fit out. The HVAC system for the space utilized the existing central VRF fan coil system, with new fan coil units for the tenant space. The commercial kitchen required detailed coordination to route the kitchen hood exhaust and makeup air ducts from the tenant space up to the roof.
