Given and Associates provided the Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical design services for typical guest unit plans and the building core areas for a new four-story 126,954 SF, 132 guest unit Embassy Suites Hotel in Tucson, AZ. Heating and cooling was provided by a 4-pipe hydronic system, which included a vertical fan coil unit located in each individual unit. Chilled water will be provided by a roof-mounted chiller.
