Fitzsimons Gateway is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit project of BMC Investments in Aurora, CO. This affordable, multi-family project in consists of 210 residential units in one (1), six-story building. Fitzsimons Gateway is a part of the Fitzsimons Innovations Community -- an integrated urban campus adjacent to Anschutz Medical that provides “customized workspace, collaborative campus, and proximity to one of the top health systems and medical schools in the country.”
Given provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design, including high-efficiency, gas-fired water heaters and Aquatherm fan coils in each unit.
