Design work for this facility in Novi, MI included the hydronic heat pump and VRF systems for five separate independent living buildings. We provided approximately 700,000 SF of total design work.
Our design scope for Erickson Living covers independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing buildings on several campuses across the country. Most buildings have a strong community function attached or inside them, encompassing commercial kitchens and dining spaces, multi-purpose spaces, offices, and clinics.
