Infinite Monkey Theorem is a 13,325 SF urban winery in Denver. The winery transformed its previously utilitarian space to a more community-friendly bar, tasting room, and rooftop wine garden. This space also serves as a bottling facility after hours.
We provided the mechanical, plumbing and electrical design for the Tenant Improvement, including relocating the bar and restrooms within the space.
