Given provided the Mechanical and partial Electrical design for this 15,000 SF Town Hall facility in Johnstown, CO. This project required a high level of coordination with both the Architect and Structural Engineer due to the use of a 3-dimensional design software to create our construction documents.
Our base HVAC system option included rooftop-mounted packaged units with direct expansion for cooling and gas fired for heating, along with a two-pipe hot water reheats for the VAV boxes for the individual control requirements. We made use of the VAV box hot water boilers reheats to heat the domestic water.
