Design work for this facility in Providence, NJ included the hydronic heat pump and systems for a new independent living building. We provided approximately 200,000 SF of total design work.
Our design scope for Erickson Living covers independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing buildings on several campuses across the country. Most buildings have a strong community function attached or inside them, encompassing commercial kitchens and dining spaces, multi-purpose spaces, offices, and clinics.
