We provided the designs for the Mechanical upgrade and Electrical engineering design support for this unique 110,000 SF assisted living facility in Denver, CO.
The facility was originally constructed in the 1960's and relied heavily on steam and hydronic heating with minimal cooling in parts of the building. The upgrade included a new boiler plant, a new chiller plant, new secondary distribution, and a DDC control system.
