Marcella Manor is a senior low-income, high-rise apartment building in Arvada, CO. Marcella is subsidized by HUD (Housing and Urban Development). Given and Associates provided the complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering designs for the renovation of this 206-unit facility, with five typical unit-types. Our designs also included the common areas and upgrades to the elevators.
