The Max Flats project in Fort Collins, CO consists of a five-story, 60,000 SF podium building with an open, under-building parking garage. There are 65 units, along with a ground-floor shell retail space. The ground level is comprised of live/work units available for both retail and business uses. The project is ideally located on the Fort Collins mass transit routes to allow for students to easily commute to and from CSU.
Similar to Max Flats, the Gallery Flats project is located in Loveland, CO. This is also a five-story, 85,000 SF podium building with an open, under-building parking garage. There are 67 units, along with an upper-level community room and roof deck. The ground level is comprised of live/work units available for both retail and business uses.
Given and Associates performed the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for both of these projects using an Aquathrem heating system paired with high-efficiency domestic water heaters.
