We provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design of a Motel 6 prototype with a Mechanical HVAC system alternate as well as the prototype design for four climate variations; hot and humid, warm and dry, cold and humid, and cold and dry. The main prototype facility is located in Dallas, TX and consisted of 96 guest units.
