We provided the Mechanical and Electrical design of a lodge in Telluride, CO.
The complex consisted of three buildings totaling 256 condos, ten stand-alone cabins, and one log construction lodge structure with administrative, meeting, parking, and bar facilities. The Mechanical design included hydronic radiant slab heating and hydronic snowmelt systems. All design elements had to be evaluated due to the 10,000 ft. project elevation.
