We provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design of a six-story, 121 guest unit resort hotel in Telluride, CO. The 124,000 SF project included 2 stories of below-grade parking, a restaurant, |spa-fitness center, business center, and raised pool with terrace.The project was expected to achieve at least a LEED Silver Certification.
