We provided the MEP design for the rehabilitation and addition on two affordable rental,multi-family units in Utah - City Plaza and County High Road. The Salt Lake City facility is comprised of two (2) buildings, the first being a seven-story low rise structure,and the second being a 16-story high rise structure. Each building contains apartments and common amenity areas. Given and Associates provided complete Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical upgrades including thereplacement of all hydronic and plumbing piping for both facilities.A new 6,000 SF connector building was provided between the two existing buildings.
