This new, single-story medical office building totals approximately 86,900 SF. The building contains various medical office suites including a dental clinic, radiology suite, eye clinic, pathology/lab suite, pharmacy, physical medicine and rehabilitation suite, mental health clinic, exam rooms, police services and other similar medical office spaces.
Given provided the complete Electrical Engineering design services for all necessary power, lighting, lighting controls for the project including connections for new mechanical, plumbing and owner provided equipment. The project included: two X-ray suites, a CT imaging suite, an ultrasound suite, provisions for a mobile MRI trailer, and a full dental office suite and a 150kW emergency generator.
