Northfield Flats is an affordable, workforce housing project of Mile High Development, located in Aurora, CO near The Shops at Northfield. This multi-family property consists of 128 one, two and three-bedroom units in one (1), four-story building that is transit-adjacent. Northfield Flats serves community with Area Median Income levels of 30% to 80%.
Given provided the MEP design services for this project, including domestic hot water via high-efficiency gas fired units in each apartment. Heating and cooling was provided via Aquatherm hot water heating systems with split DX cooling. The ground level highlights the common and amenity areas, including a large community room and a fitness center.
