An approximately 175-unit multi-family housing development located in Golden, CO adjacent to the Golden light rail station.
The project consisted of six three-story apartment buildings and a 5,000 SF Clubhouse incorporated into one of the buildings. Our scope included Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design.
