We provided the Mechanical and Electrical LEED-ND engineering design for this four building, 96-unit apartment complex for the Denver Housing Authority.
Building 1 is a low-rise, concrete and steel structure above a parking garage that totals 89,000 SF with 6,400 SF of commercial space. Buildings 2, 3 and 4 have a total of 49,000 SF of residential space and are each three story wood frame buildings on grade. There is approximately 15,400 SF of mechanically ventilated parking garage and 6,600 SF of naturally ventilated parking garage.
