An approximately 335-unit multi-family housing development located in Denver, CO.
The project consisted of 13 three-story apartment buildings and a 5,000 SF Clubhouse incorporated into one of the buildings. The site included a Town Square incorporating open-park space. Our scope included Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design.
