MECHANICAL | ELECTRICAL | PLUMBING
This project consisted of a Tenant Improvement to an existing 5,782 SF space in Denver. The renovation was for a new brewery and tap room, and included the bar and brew tank areas, new restrooms, a new kitchen, and an exterior patio area.
Given’s design included all HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical design for the entire tenant area and the required coordination with the building.
