Station 60 is a an low-income, multi-family apartment development in the Norfolk Glen neighborhood of Aurora, CO. The projects consists of six (6), three-story apartment buildings with approximately 220 residential units on a 24 acre site.
Given provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing designs for this project, including to the residential buildings, and the 5,500 SF amenity building. Amenity features on this site include a central green, community garden, fire pits, outdoor pool, fitness space and locker rooms, a dog washing station, and on-site parking. The buildings are served by all-electric heat pump HVAC units and high-efficiency, central domestic gas water heaters.
