This project in Silverthorne, CO consists of three (3) buildings totaling 126,000 SF. One three-story building is designated for Low Income Housing, and the other two buildings for Workforce Housing.
Our scope of services includes Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for the entire project, including office and amenity spaces; laundry and common areas; and outdoor amenity areas. Our scope also includes EV charging stations for 10% of the parking. The Low Incoming Building will be pursuing National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certification.
