Iliff Station is a mid-rise, mixed-use wrap development with 334 residential units in Aurora, CO. For this two building, Transit-oriented development, our scope of work included the wrapped parking deck totaling approximately 128,000 SF, along with 50,000 SF of amenity space, and 13,000 SF of shell retail space. Heating and cooling was designed for Aquatherm hot water heating system with split DX cooling.This project’s location to the Iliff Light Rail Transit station is perfectly located to access downtown Denver and the airport.
