Given provided the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering designs for the new, four-story, Medical Office Building III at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in Lakewood, CO.
Our scope included the full core and shell design totaling approximately 106,000 SF. We designed an all-electric building utilizing central air handling and variable air volume (VAV) systems.
