This project entailed the Tenant Improvements to an existing 7,000 SF shell, in a mixed-use, commercial space in Denver, CO. The build-out was designed for a food market with a full kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a grab-and go space.
Given provided the MEP design for the entire tenant space, including their individual HVAC, gas and electric needs. The commercial kitchen required specialty exhaust systems, associated make-up air system, and a grease interceptor.
