We provided design work for approximately 900,000 SF at this Overland Park, KS facility. Our design included hydronic heat pump and VRF systems for six separate independent living buildings, an AL-MC building, a dedicated community center, and an SNF building.
Our design scope for Erickson Living covers independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing buildings on several campuses across the country. Most buildings have a strong community function attached or inside them, encompassing commercial kitchens and dining spaces, multi-purpose spaces, offices, and clinics.
