Located in the heart of Denver, CO this first-year student residence hall consists of 270 residential units (555 beds) in a single seven-story building totaling 170,000 SF. Given and Associates provided the Mechanical and Plumbing design for this facility slated to open in Fall of 2021. The building includes two dormitory wings, a dining hall, administration offices, and the Learning Commons. This project has achieved LEED Gold Certification by using high-efficiency water heating and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems.
